the check-in and check-out process was seamless, which made settling in a breeze. the spacious rooms provided plenty of comfort, and I really appreciated the convenient kitchen facilities for quick meals. having a car garage was a huge bonus, as it kept our vehicle secure. the location was perfect, with shops and dining options just a short walk away.

Appreciated my stay, it was such wonderful. The staff was experienced & efficient. Its location was PERFECT, next to shops and restuaraant/cafes, Cardiff shopping centre across road and Glensdale shopping centre a 5min drive away and supermarket and local clubs.

Shame the bathroom was tiny.

the location was perfect, close to shops and food, making it easy to gather supplies. the kitchen facilities were a big plus for preparing meals, and the car garage provided convenience and security. the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the entire apartment was clean upon arrival, creating a welcoming environment for my family.

Had very positive stay with our Son's wedding and the weather was warm.

The bathroom was not clean.

The apartment was quiet and very comfortable, we enjoyed our stay very much and found that even though there was minimal cookware it was very serviceable to our needs.

My only complaints for the stay was upon arrival I was unaware that there was no on-site reception (I had booked online and never received any further information other than the confirmation email) I had also not provided my mobile number and after almost an hour waiting and 3 phone calls later I was finally asked for my number so the pin code code be sent to me after I was told someone would come meet me!! There was also no face-washers provided with the bathroom towels, which only bothered me as I have a young child. Overall these were fairly minor issues and we would stay again.

The service here was really good, and the location couldn’t be better! It’s just a short distance from the RSL club and shopping centers like Kotara and Charlestown. 🛍️.

Handy location at in the Newcastle area, affable staff, everything was nice. Location: the hotel was close to supermarkets as well as shops and places to have dinner and a drink and rlax. Found Macquarie Life Church, it's just a short stroll away from the venue.

The place was very spacious and really comfortable. The facilities are nice and it was very quiet and neat.

The garage is really tiny, so I was paranoid about putting scratches in the rental car, every time I tried to get out of the car.

I had a very comfortable stay during my business trip. the staff was outstandingly accommodating, experienced, and responsive to requests. the location is particularly good, conveniently located near shops and restaurants/cafes.

Excellent place to stay at and cost is good.

I find it a little harsh about fees for stained towels sometimes it can't be helped for a reason eg if child has vomitted etc.

Really great size with everything you need for your stay. Really close to shops etc so that you can just walk and not need the car. We had two units because we were a large family in the area for a funeral. It was excellent to be able to be together and not spread across lots of different rooms in different hotels.

Communication was a bit tricky. Perhaps a brochure or something on the table explaining the key system and giving you a phone number in case there is a problem because there is no reservation desk.

. The uinits were beautifully clean and well appointed. The decor was pleasing and the heating warmed the unit nicely. The kitchen was well appointed with sufficient kitchen utensils etc. Thank you.

The Cardiff apartments were choses as they were in fairly close proximity to the hospital in Lampton. Unfortunately I did not realise that they were two storey as I had a 93 year old father with me and we had to manage the stairs. Thank goodnes for the downstair toilet. The light in the kitchen kept on flickering and had to be turned off as it started to make me feel quite ill. I got our meal in the semi dark. It would be good to have a couple of small coffee tables to put a cup of tea etc on when watching TV. Location wise--It was extremely noisy.
